According to various evidences such as the monitor screen and communication records, the prosecutor determined that the  Huang deliberately ignited the fire source, causing the blaze and resulting in 46 people deaths. shall be prosecuted for arson and murder, and ask the court consider that Huang is only dissatisfied with her boyfriend Kuo, who is suspected of having a new relationship and want to make Kuo feel embarrassed and regretful by causing mess disasters and innocent deaths. Huang showed no remorse after what she done. The prosecutor also apply the court to sentence Huang to capital punishment and declare deprived of public power for life. Kuo was not at the scene and did not participate in the incident, and it was difficult to foresee that Huang would set fire, so he did not violate the duty of care. Therefore there is no prosecution against Kuo.
