About 50 suspects and witnesses were summoned to clarify the case, National Taxation Bureau of Kaohsiung, Ministry of Finance, and the Department of Health, Kaohsiung City Government, also went for the administrative audit. After the interrogation at the night by the prosecutor Lin-Zu Chung, Yi-Ping Hsui, Bao-Ching Lu, Zi-Yao Tong, Chi-Yu Lin, Hong-Bin Hsui, Jia-Tong Wu, Chao-Hang Hwang and Yu-Shuan Gan, the defendant Ho, the accountant 0f Yuan Ho Ya Clinic, was highly suspected of violating the tax collection law Article 41 of fraud to evade tax payment, and commercial accounting law of Article 71 of forgery of accounting document, and was to be released on NT $ 500,000 bail. The other suspects and witnesses were sent back. In July 2017, the Prosecutors office received a report from the Kaohsiung Aviation Investigation Station of the Investigation Bureau saying that the Yuan Ho Ya Clinic had been suspected of having violated the tax collection law since 2012. Having collected evidence and thorough investigated by prosecutors, Yuan Ho Ya Clinic was considered of concealing and falsely reporting the income through cosmetic surgery at patients’ expense and product sales. Therefore, on September 29, 2017, the Prosecutors searched Yuan Ho Ya Clinic in Kaohsiung, Taipei, and Tainan and seizured the relevant account books, data in computers, and other information with the search warrant issued by Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court. The exact number of tax evasion and whether there are other persons being involved are now under investigation by the prosecutors in accordance with the relevant evidence.
