Kaohsiung District Prosecutors’ Office, along with Agency Against Corruption Southern Investigation Office and The Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau Kaohsiung District Division investigate into the suspicious process of claiming the reward money to a drug informant

Kaohsiung District Prosecutors’ Office, along with Agency Against Corruption Southern Investigation Office and The Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau Kaohsiung District Division investigate into the suspicious process of claiming the reward money to a drug informant Under the leadership of Kaohsiung District Prosecutors’ Office anti-corruption chief prosecutor Wang Chi-Ming(王啟明) and Agency Against Corruption(AAC) Southern Investigation Office chief prosecutor Wang Bo-Dun(王柏敦), the AAC Southern Investigation Officers and The Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau(MJIB) Kaohsiung District Division investigators on July 10th summoned two MJIB Southern Mobile Team officers to look into the case involving the suspicious process of claiming the reward money to a drug informant. Organizations and people involved all showed full cooperation with the investigation. In the meantime, the interrogations are still ongoing. No sooner had this case was reported from an anonymous informant than AAC reported to Kaohsiung District Prosecutors’ Office. In order to clarify the circumstances involved, Kaohsiung District Prosecutors’ Office appointed MJIB Kaohsiung District Division to cooperate with the investigation team without covering or doing injustice to people involved.
