This prosecutorial agency is under the supervision of Kaohsiung Branch, Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. The Chief Prosecutor is appointed to manage the administrative affairs of the whole agency, direct and supervise all prosecutors in this agency. All the prosecutors in this agency are divided into 12 divisions. Each of these divisions has a Head Prosecutor who supervises the business of his/her division. There are several first-tier units in this agency, including the Assistant Prosecutors Room, the Probation Room, the Statistics Room, the Ethics Room, the Accounting Room, the Personnel Room, and the Clerk Division. Under the Clerk Division, there are the Records Section, the Enforcement Section, the Documentation Section, the General Affairs Section, the Research and Evaluation Section, the Information Management Section, the Litigation Counseling Section, and the Bailiff Room.
